Every brand we carry is authorized, which means your manufacturer warranty is valid and backed in full. We are not a gray-market reseller, and your bag's warranty card works exactly as the manufacturer intends.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Final sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
